Dynniq expands its Student Placement Programme
Dynniq’s undergraduate placement programme offers students the chance to explore their career paths and gain valuable work experience for their future.
Within Dynniq, we strive to develop our workforce to gain valuable skills, experiences and to embrace our PRO values of being Proactive, Reliable and Open. We are excited to have welcomed not only a new cohort of placement students, but have expanded the programme to welcome students into both our IT and Marketing departments.
Our 12-month placement programme is part of our wider support for apprentices and graduates. It aims to encourage our future talent to develop their skills through opportunities such as events and projects, and gain practical experience to aide their studies and future career. We offer students a paid role, the chance to experience what it’s like to be in a business environment and an insight into being part of the Dynniq family.
One of our IT placement students is Tom Elliott, a Computing undergraduate from Bournemouth University. He said: “My experience so far has been great, the whole office has been really welcoming. It was really helpful having a more experienced intern already here to help guide me through my first few days as well, I’m looking forward to gaining more experience throughout the year.”
Raihan Ahmed, who is also from Bournemouth University and is studying Cyber Security Management , gives his thoughts: “My experience with Dynniq has been amazing. I walked into a team that was very inspirational, it helped me adapt quickly to their work environment. My manager works with me closely and I was able to gain an understanding of what it is like to work in this field.”
Katie Parke, who is a Marketing student currently studying at the University of Portsmouth, is the first student to join the Marketing department at Dynniq. She said, “Even though my placement has just started I’m already enjoying it. My manager is very supportive and the whole office is very friendly and welcoming, I’ve already been given my own responsibilities. It’s exciting to be the first student to experience this opportunity and looking forward to the rest of my time at Dynniq.”
